Currently, there are three trends associated with CSR, starting with Gen Z employees and consumers who want to buy from and work for companies that contribute to society, social/environmental responsibility drive capital investments, going green saves money and reduces risk. Making it more important for companies to focus on CSR for business sustainability.

At our kick-off session, we will be talking around the theme of ‘How to go beyond CSR’ and share ideas for the Corporate Citizenship Committee’s activities this year. We would also love to hear from you on the best practices followed by your company in designing CSR programs.

Simon Oberman Corporate Citizenship Committee Chair Simon Oberman is a co-founder and chief operating officer of Artemis Impact, a volunteering platform aimed at creating transparency for volunteers and allowing companies to empower their employees and engage their customers. After exiting his first fintech startup in 2014, Simon moved to Indonesia to invest and help build ventures in fintech and agritech.
