HR Committee Kick-off Meeting - The Future of Workforce in the New Reality
Jan 29, 2021 / 09:00 - 10:30

Dear AmCham Indonesia Members & Friends,

To kick start our 2021 committee meeting we would like to focus on The Future of Workforce and Workplace

It is said that one of the keys to the future of the workforce is the increased adoption of AI. Although at first AI was considered as a disruption that radically changed the workforce, the pandemic has changed the way people see it. With mobility limitations, companies were forced to adjust their operational policy and see AI as a way to get companies operations running.

We invite you to join us and our three speakers from KPMG and GE Indonesia, to discuss the transformation of the workforce and workplace, how to build a culture with purpose, and what is needed to shift from analog to digital mindset.
