As we slowly return to normalcy after the Covid-19 pandemic and with updates on worker regulations from the Omnibus Job Creation Law, it is clear that the nature of work is not the same as it once was. But with these major changes, what does it mean for women in the workplace?

Through this event, AmCham Indonesia would like to dive into changes to gender representation in the workplace, challenges faced by women in the current employment market, and how companies have updated their policies to tackle issues that women have been going through in their respective organizations.
