We invite you to join our joint ICT Committee and Financial Industry Committee session on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 10:00–11:30 (GMT 7).

In August, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Kominfo) released the highly-anticipated draft Government Regulation (GR) on Personal Data Protection (PDP).

AmCham Indonesia has submitted our input to the Ministry’s website, comprising concerns and suggestions from our tech and financial industry member companies.

The meeting will discuss our next steps and engagement on PDP advocacy, and other priority issues from the ICT and financial industry sectors, such as the e-commerce regulation revision, The omnibus Health Law’s implementing regulation on Health Information System, and the omnibus Law on the Financial Sector.
