May 27, 2021 / 09:00 - 10:30

Dear AmCham Members and Friends,

Cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi) have been making headlines recently with a meteoric rise in the current bull run, creating massive awareness of the crypto space as well as instant millionaires. However, there is still a cloud of mystery surrounding cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and DeFi. What are they exactly? Why did they rise astronomically during the pandemic? Will cryptocurrencies really change our financial system? Will this move towards DeFi create a new form of currencies the government will undoubtedly have to adapt to? Recent events, such as Elon Musk’s involvement and China’s stance on crypto have caused the cryptocurrency market to stumble, and fear looms, with many wary they may be entering a bearish market.

This is a chance to discuss and gain insight into the subject, and have your questions answered by our expert speakers. RSVP today!
