Dear AmCham Members and Friends,

AmCham Indonesia, in collaboration with SSEK Indonesian Legal Consultants, invites you to a webinar on Indonesia’s Omnibus Law: Simplifying Business Licensing and Investment Requirements on Tuesday, December 1. This will be the second out of three webinars analyzing the implications of the Omnibus Law for business.

The Omnibus Law is intended to bolster investment and create jobs by improving the ease of doing business in Indonesia. This webinar will look at the changes to business licensing under the law, how it simplifies investment, and the impact of these changes on companies operating in Indonesia.

Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) is a partner at SSEK. She received a Fulbright scholarship to study law at the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her Master of Law in 2008. In 2015, Vitri was invited back to UC Berkeley as a guest lecturer on Indonesian legal reforms. Her practice includes M&A and general corporate law, environmental law, debt restructuring and insolvency, and civil and criminal litigation.

Bima Danubrata Adhijoso joined SSEK in 2019 as an associate and has been involved in multiple complex cross-jurisdiction investment projects, the establishment of foreign investment companies in Indonesia and numerous commercial transactions.
