US Investment: A Partner in Innovation for Indonesia
The American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (AmCham Indonesia), in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), today released "US Investment: A Partner in Innovation for Indonesia," a comprehensive report showing that U.S. investment in Indonesia generated an economic impact of $130 billion between 2014 and 2023, stemming from direct investments totaling $67 billion. Research for the report was done by EY Indonesia.

Resilient Indonesia 2022 US-Indonesia Investment Report
During the 10th anniversary session of the US-Indonesia Investment Summit titled Reaping the Benefits of Reform, the co-hosts of the event, AmCham Indonesia and the US Chamber of Commerce, also released Resilient Indonesia, our annual report on the state of the investment climate in the country. The report was made possible with funding from USAID, research was done by EY Indonesia.
The report was formally received by OJK Chairman Mahendra Siregar from AmCham Chairman Scott Hanna.
The report quantifies the actual level of US investment from 2013 to 2017 and looks at the factors impacting investment performance. The analysis also contains sector-specific recommendations and identifies some of the barriers to investment, with recommendations for further discussion.
