AmCham Indonesia’s ICT Committee held a Broadcasting Law Amendment Coordination Call on Tuesday, November 3, to discuss the proposed third amendment to Law No. 32/2002 on Broadcasting, following the DPR’s approval of the draft amendment as a DPR-initiated bill on September 8, 2026.

The discussion covered the latest legislative developments, potential implications for the industry, members’ key concerns, and possible advocacy priorities moving forward.
